BGBx Consulting is seeking a Principal to lead engagements for pharmaceutical, medical device, and health IT clients. The role combines project management, delivery, and business development with senior leadership engagement in a hybrid London office.

The successful candidate will oversee teams, develop client-ready materials, and help shape strategy through primary research and analysis, with opportunities for practice planning and new business development.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of consulting experience at a top healthcare consulting firm.
• BA/BS from a top three-year university or college.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in a related discipline (preferred).
• Business research and analysis experience with ability to synthesize data and draw conclusions.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple workstreams and project teams.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent people management skills.

Responsabilités

• Balance project management, project delivery, and business development responsibilities.
• Serve as a strategy and thought partner to clients and senior officers of the firm.
• Analyze research and client-provided information to develop conclusions and recommendations.
• Write client-ready presentations and deliver powerful business presentations.
• Develop thought leadership for business development with existing and new clients.
• Work with senior officers to scope and develop proposals for new projects.
• Engage in practice planning discussions, including practice strategy and marketing discussions.
