Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance tech or budgeting experience.
• 12+ years in finance, accounting, or analytical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting lifecycle for leasing and financing.
• Lead ASC 842 implementations for new lease structures.
• Design and run accounting processes in Amazon systems for lease origination and modifications.
• Maintain lease financing models including PV calculations and classifications.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Finance, Business and Tech teams.
• Develop internal controls (SOX) over leasing and financing processes.
• Prepare technical accounting memos for complex arrangements.
• Own monthly close for leasing financing portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional projects to stand up new programs.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation.
