Job summary
CPL is seeking a Market Sector Principal - Landscape Architect to serve as a technical expert, mentor, and leader across large-scale multidisciplinary initiatives. You will champion design excellence, guide technical standards, and help grow the practice while supporting pursuit, development, and delivery.
You will supervise talent, manage project scopes and budgets, and collaborate with CPL leaders on annual business plans.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in landscape architecture or related field.
- 15+ years of experience, with 5+ served in a Studio/Practice Manager role.
- Licensed in multiple states.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead design excellence and technical standards across projects.
- Grow the practice through internal and external business development.
- Mentor CPL team members and develop career plans.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate administrative and technical efforts for projects.
- Collaborate with CPL leaders on annual business plans.
