Responsibilities

• Perform highly complex systems design, development, and integration across the systems life cycle.
• Fix mission IT systems (Tier 3) issues requiring system-specific research.
• Maintain CMDB and configuration of MOD mission IT software.
• Develop changes to the MOD baseline from incidents.
• Identify enterprise software for MOD mission IT and ESAM.
• Assess IAVA patches and test baselines for integration.
• Provide ESS security tooling support and agent software.
• Remediate tasks on MOD systems and report in management systems.
• Provide Linux and Windows platform engineering support.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues.
