Job summary

Biogen is seeking a Principal IT Analyst to design, build, implement, and maintain Veeva Vault RIM, driving the transformation with technology at the core. You will lead complex enhancements, collaborate with business and IT teams, and translate requirements into robust RIM solutions for regulatory compliance and user satisfaction.

You will mentor teams, explore emerging technologies including AI, and help shape an application roadmap aligned with Biogen’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2 years in Veeva RIM administration and service delivery.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
• Expert knowledge of RIM platforms, preferably with relevant certifications.
• Proven data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding capabilities (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with incident and change management processes.
• Understanding of SAFe Agile framework and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication skills for business leaders and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement complex enhancements and incremental updates to Veeva Vault RIM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements with development work.
• Work with ITSO to implement a strategic application roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and perform impact analysis.
• Develop strategies for system integration, ensuring interfaces meet requirements.
• Provide oversight and mentor internal and external development teams.
