A leading energy provider in Louisiana is seeking a Principal Engineer, Instrument & Controls. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and progressing critical activities for transitioning operations. Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in engineering capacities with Instrument & Controls in an industrial setting and expertise in oil and gas, LNG applications preferred. The position also entails providing expert support to Maintenance and Operations teams, leading root cause analyses, and managing alarm systems.

Formación

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in senior engineering with Instrument & Controls.
• Preference for experience in LNG applications, but acceptable in petrochemical processing.
• Good understanding of motors, gas turbines, and compressors.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Instrument & Controls engineering.
• Provide daily support to Maintenance & Operations teams.
• Lead RCFA exercises during equipment failures.
• Manage Alarm Management program and Change processes.
