Job summary

Applica seeks a Senior Production Engineer – Instrumentation and Controls to join the Integrated Production Excellence Team in Cameron, Louisiana. You will lead metering and measurements management, ensure calibration, and maintain documentation.

The role emphasizes data analysis, process optimization, vendor coordination, and compliance with industry standards. LNG experience is preferred; relocation may be offered; full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control, Process, Chemical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years' experience working on instrumentation, measurements and metering with a track record of managing Metering and Measurements Management Systems.
• Oil and Gas experience is required, LNG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a Metering and Measurements Management System for the LNG Facility including calibration and documentation management.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret metering data to identify discrepancies and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to maximize metering efficiency and implement MoC-driven improvements.
• Vendor management to ensure maintenance and repairs of metering equipment and ensure spares and contracts are in place.
• Maintain accurate documentation of metering systems, calibration records, and maintenance logs.
