A major energy client is seeking an experienced Instrument & Controls Engineer to lead projects in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in I&C engineering, relevant experience in the energy sector, and a strong ability to drive projects from design through construction. Qualifications

• 15+ years of direct I&C engineering and design experience.
• Experience leading multiple small to mid-sized engineering projects.
• Prior experience in the energy sector (LNG preferred, oil & gas required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas and/or Louisiana preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead I&C engineering and design teams across multiple projects.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards.
• Support cost estimation, scheduling, and progress control.
• Mentor junior and intermediate I&C personnel.
