Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in instrumentation, automation, or electrical controls.
• Hands-on expertise in various instrumentation types and control systems.
• Minimum of 8 years in plant I&C experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of I&C Engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and set priorities.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for instrumentation and control systems.
• Oversee development and review of maintenance procedures.
• Participate in HAZOP and Process Hazard Analysis reviews.
