Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience OR PhD with 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in injection molding processes, qualification and process validation recommended
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical investigations in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, and material handling
- Coordinates machine layouts and operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Guides process development, qualification and troubleshooting of molding operations
- Ensures compliance with regulations and quality requirements
- Mentors engineers and supports long-term manufacturing capability initiatives
