Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 15+ years in municipal infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer preferred in NH.
• Proven ability to develop markets and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of infrastructure services in your local market.
• Develop strategic plans to expand municipal relationships.
• Manage proposals, interviews, and negotiations.
• Oversee delivery of municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation).
