Job summary

Apex Companies is expanding its Infrastructure Practice in Connecticut and seeks a senior leader to build and grow municipal infrastructure services. The role is client-facing, requiring a strong municipal network, and will oversee business development and project delivery with national resources.

Starting remotely with potential to establish a local office, you will lead market growth, mentor teams, manage proposals, and drive project delivery while aiming for profitability and client

Qualifications

• BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and lead cross-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of infrastructure services in designated local market.
• Develop strategic plans to expand relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
• Oversee delivery of municipal infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, and transportation.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers and project managers to grow Apex's local presence.
