Job summary

Life360 is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager, Identity & Trust to own the end-to-end identity strategy for sign-in, authentication, and account recovery at global scale.

You will define metrics, drive cross-functional collaboration across Security, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Care, and shape the future of user trust for 180+ countries while supporting a remote-first workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning consumer identity, authentication, account security, or trust products at scale.
• Strong cybersecurity depth: threat modeling, account takeover, fraud and abuse, MFA, passkeys, WebAuthn, OAuth/OIDC, session management.
• Empathy for members handling teen and family accounts and privacy obligations.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AuthN and AuthZ across Life360.
• Design recovery and account management that balances security with user experience.
• Partner with Security to defend against account takeover, credential stuffing, phishing, and SIM-swap.
• Lead passkeys, passwordless, and phishing-resistant authentication roadmaps.
• Design identity for 180+ countries with localization and regulatory compliance.
• Unify identity decisions with Growth, Subscriptions, Partnerships, and Customer Care.
