Job summary

Life360 is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Identity & Trust to own and execute the strategy for member identity, authentication, and recovery at global scale. You will define the vision, shape the CIAM stack, and lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, security, privacy, customer care, and leadership.

You will drive secure, seamless sign-in experiences, recovery workflows, and risk-based authentication while balancing usability for families across 180+ countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with cross-functional scope.
• Hands-on consumer identity and trust products at scale.
• Strong knowledge of authentication, recovery, and risk-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for AuthN/AuthZ across mobile, web, and integrations.
• Lead account sign-in, recovery, and credential lifecycle end-to-end.
• Coordinate with security, privacy, and legal for compliance and risk.
• Drive passkeys, passwordless, phishing-resistant auth adoption.
• Set KPIs for identity and trust, and translate data into decisions.
