Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management for Identity Journey Intelligence. You will define the strategy and drive execution for identity features and data products, collaborating with engineering, analysts, and business teams to align on a vision that enriches identity data enterprise-wide.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to scale feature catalogs powering risk and authentication decisions, drive adoption across LOBs, and explore new use cases to reduce fraud and friction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing (degree to be obtained by start date).
• 3+ years of Product Management experience if not pursuing degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for Journey Intelligence data features and Customer Authentication Data Product.
• Partner with analysts and engineering to prioritize and scale the feature catalog for risk and authentication decisioning.
• Drive adoption of identity data features and products across lines of business.
• Identify new use cases where journey-level data reduces fraud and friction.
• Provide thought leadership on identity data and journey-level decisioning.
