Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the customer identity platform and end-to-end authentication experience across web, desktop, mobile, and partner ecosystems. You will shape multi-year identity strategy, drive modernization, and grow the known authenticated customer population with measurable quarterly goals.

The role requires deep fluency in OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, and passkeys, with a focus on security, UX, and scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in customer-facing platform or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical fluency in authentication: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, identity verification.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experimentation and customer data for decisions.
• Track record improving conversion, completion, or adoption in a customer-facing funnel.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership without direct authority.
• Excellent communicator with ability to set strategy and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set the identity strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap with measurable quarterly goals.
• Drive platform modernization and bring passkeys, passwordless, and modern standards into production at scale.
• Optimize the authentication experience to raise sign-in/conversion across markets and devices.
• Grow authenticated customers by reducing friction and expanding cross-device engagement.
• Run an experimentation program (A/B and multivariate) to improve conversion and completion.
• Make security vs. experience trade-offs to protect customers without hurting conversion.
• Instrument the funnel end-to-end with telemetry and dashboards.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Design, Data, Customer Support, and Core Product.
