Job summary

IDEXX is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) across the enterprise. This role focuses on securing and governing both human and non-human identities, including service accounts, managed identities, workload identities, automation accounts, API integrations, and AI agents.

• Experience in designing and implementing IAM programs.
• Familiarity with governance and administration of enterprise identities.
• Strong understanding of security principles and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Automate identity lifecycle management and enforce least-privilege access across systems.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Application Owners, and Compliance teams to improve identity visibility and governance.
