The Vanguard Group is seeking an IAM/IGA Engineering Delivery Manager to lead a team delivering identity governance capabilities across the organization. You will partner with product, architecture, security, and operations to provide secure and scalable IAM solutions, driving automation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include end-to-end IAM delivery, platform modernization, production readiness, and leadership across engineering, incident management, and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Eight years of related work experience with five+ years in project management.
• Experience leading engineering or technology delivery teams.
• Strong IAM/IGA knowledge: lifecycle, provisioning, governance, roles, and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery and operation of enterprise IAM/IGA capabilities and automate processes.
• Drive modernization across SailPoint and IAM technology ecosystem while balancing priorities.
• Coach and develop technical leads, engineers, and quality professionals for excellence.
