Twilio, a remote-first leader in developer APIs, seeks a Principal Product Manager for Talent Acquisition & Management Applications to guide global HR tech strategy, focusing on Workday and Eightfold and broader talent lifecycle tooling.

You will own the product roadmap, drive AI-enabled capabilities such as talent intelligence and skills-based matching, manage vendor relationships and integrations, and oversee UAT strategy for validation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR technology or HRIS product management experience.
• Deep expertise with ATS/CRM solutions like Workday or Eightfold.
• Strong ability to influence without authority in global enterprise settings.
• Expert in Agile methodologies and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Workday, Eightfold, and Qualtrics.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities like talent intelligence and skills-based matching.
• Own vendor relationships and third-party system integrations.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy and validation.
