Jobgether is seeking a Data & AI Engineer based in the United States to build and scale data infrastructure and AI capabilities behind an innovative platform. You will connect creator data, advertising performance, engagement metrics, and commerce insights to enable data-driven decisions.

You will work across data architecture, backend services, LLM integrations, semantic search, and full‑stack features, using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and leading AI models in a remote‑first environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production data-intensive applications.
• Proficient in Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
• Experience designing scalable data models and pipelines.
• Hands-on LLM integration and prompt engineering experience.
• Ability to ship full-stack features with backend and frontend work.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines across platforms.
• Develop data models, databases, and backend services in Python/Django.
• Integrate third-party APIs and manage data ingestion workflows.
• Build and maintain LLM-powered workflows for analytics and tagging.
• Develop semantic search and data intelligence features.
• Improve AI performance, cost, and reliability through engineering best practices.
• Lead end-to-end product features from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with product/creative teams in a remote environment.
