Job summary

Confero is building a next-generation security platform. We seek a high-autonomy Senior/Principal Full Stack Engineer to join our founding R&D team in a 0-to-1 role.

You will architect and own end-to-end customer-facing and internal applications, leveraging AI tooling, MCP servers, LLMs, and high-performance security dashboards. You’ll design and implement robust Node.js/NestJS REST APIs, build React interfaces with data visualizations, and implement secure auth flows (OAuth/SSO).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack development within B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity products.
• Deep fluency in TypeScript across both frontend and backend development.
• Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS, RESTful API design, and PostgreSQL schema design/queries.
• Mastery of React with experience building complex data visualization tools and dashboards.
• Practical experience with message queues (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ) and identity flows (OAuth/SSO).

Responsibilities

• Architect and own end-to-end customer-facing and internal applications from 0-to-1.
• Build and connect robust Node.js/NestJS REST APIs to relational databases and analytics engines.
• Develop high-performance React interfaces with data visualizations, grids, and dashboards.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization flows including OAuth/SSO and RBAC.
• Write comprehensive unit and E2E tests (Jest, Playwright) to ensure resilience.
