Job summary

Adaptive is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to build core product and platform systems as we scale to 1,200+ customers. You will own customer-facing workflows end-to-end, design new capabilities, and help scale product infrastructure while maintaining simplicity and reliability.

You will work closely with product, design, and engineering to refine problem statements, ship the first version, and learn from customers. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience shipping production software.
• Demonstrated ownership and autonomy.
• Strong craft with pragmatism in design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
