Job summary

Maestro AI, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own product and infrastructure decisions, shaping a scalable platform for a growing customer base. You’ll collaborate with design and PM, triage critical issues, and help grow the team from day one.

You’ll build session ingestion across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and future AI tooling, while delivering deep GitHub/Slack/Jira/Linear integrations for engineers and leaders. Equity accompanies the package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a track record delivering robust, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build product and infrastructure, shaping architectural decisions to scale for a growing customer base with design and PM.
• Develop our technical foundation to adapt as the AI landscape moves forward.
• Engage with customers, triage issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure strong user experiences.
• Help grow the team by recruiting, hiring, and mentoring early engineers.
• Build session ingestion across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and future AI tools.
• Ship Code Impact and Review Impact pipelines detailing diffs and debt implications.
• Architect deep integrations with GitHub, Slack, Jira, and Linear for workflows.
• Scale platform to meet evolving customer demand with reliability and speed.
