Job summary

ScalePad is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to own the design and delivery of new products while advancing our AI-enabled cybersecurity and compliance offerings. You’ll craft frontend and backend solutions, APIs, and data models, mentor teammates, and help shape our engineering standards.

You will work across Java, Python, .NET, and React/Typescript in a hybrid setup with AWS/Azure and a modern SaaS stack, contributing to scalable services and high‑quality software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAAS application development across different layers of a software technology stack.
• Highly skilled in Java, Python, .NET (C#) or React (Typescript).
• Familiarity with Langgraph, Langchain, and RAG retrieval techniques.
• Strong SQL and database management including vector databases.
• Proficiency in AWS/Azure environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Well-versed in Agile development methodologies.
• Curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build next generation AI native cybersecurity and compliance products for our partners and customers.
• Create highly responsive front ends, scalable public APIs and backend infrastructure using Java/C#/.NET, React/Typescript/Angular, REST APIs, SQL, and AWS.
• Write AI agents, build MCP servers and roll out native AI product features using Python and OpenAI.
• Use AI assisted software development tools and methodologies to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to understand challenges and design practical solutions.
• Document and illustrate solutions with clear code, diagrams, and documentation.
• Continuously roll out new features and assess operational feasibility.
• Mentor fellow engineers and uphold coding standards across teams.
