Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or principal-level role.
• Strong Java API design and frontend experience with React or LWC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to align architectural decisions.
• Lead technical design and end-to-end delivery of features from architecture to production.
• Drive cross-team alignment on data ingestion, query performance, and cost boundaries.
• Define how Unified Observability integrates with telemetry sources and standards.
• Use AI tools for coding, refactoring, test authoring, code review, and investigation; model best practices.
• Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar across the team.
• Shape team practices, hiring, and engineering culture as the team scales.
