Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a sharp Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Digital Enterprise Technology – LRC Application Development team. You will design, build, and ship end-to-end features across UI, APIs, data, and integrations, with a strong emphasis on clean, maintainable code and AI-assisted tooling.

The role covers frontend and backend development, API design, and enterprise integrations, with opportunities to work on Salesforce components and AI-powered features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and backend development (OOP, REST APIs, SQL).
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot).
• Solid grounding in software design patterns, SDLC, Agile, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end — UI, APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations.
• Develop modern frontend experiences and robust backend services and APIs.
• Use AI-assisted development tools throughout the SDLC to improve speed and quality while ensuring code integrity.
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and enterprise integration practices.
• Work on Salesforce platform components (LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows) when applicable; ramp up quickly if new to the platform.
• Own features through full lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
