Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to build scalable AI capabilities for Fidelity Wealth. You will collaborate with business, product, architecture, data, and platform teams to convert Wealth priorities into secure, reliable solutions that help advisors work more effectively and improve customer experiences.

This role requires strong technical judgment, hands-on experience with modern languages and cloud platforms, and a track record of delivering end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of software engineering experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns for scalable, resilient systems.
• Experience with at least one modern language (Python, Node.js, or Java).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience using GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or Claude.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and a growth mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, embrace feedback, and deliver on commitments.
