With 8+ years in software and web technologies, you will influence architecture, run rigorous experiments, and collaborate across Roblox to drive the next wave of discovery improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 8+ years of experience with web or app technologies (React, Typescript, Javascript).
• Proven track record building and launching complex, consumer-facing features.
• Degree or equivalent experience in CS, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or related technical field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features that define the discovery journey for millions of users.
• Architect universal solutions for delivering high-performance features across devices.
• Influence core client-server orchestration and dynamic code deployment.
• Drive UX improvements through A/B testing and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Roblox teams to ensure a coherent, scalable user experience.
