Job summary

Thought Logic Consulting in Atlanta is seeking a Managing Consultant for Palantir Data & AI engineering to design, build, and deploy Palantir Foundry and AIP powered data/AI solutions for client projects.

You will lead workstreams, mentor consultants, collaborate with client executives, and translate complex business needs into production-ready capabilities while balancing quality, cost, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, data-related field.
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir AIP experience.
• Strong SQL and Python, with ETL/ELT and data modeling skills.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams in a consulting setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy data/AI solutions using Palantir Foundry and AIP.
• Lead project workstreams and mentor team members.
• Translate business problems into production-ready data and AI products.
• Collaborate with client executives and engineers to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Ensure robust engineering practices: testing, CI/CD, version control, logging.
