Job summary

Saransh Inc. seeks a seasoned Palantir Architect to lead end-to-end data and AI-driven transformation in the Houston area.

You will architect ontology-driven data models, manage complex data pipelines in Foundry, and deploy AI-powered solutions on AIP, aligning data governance with business outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across utility operations, drive data quality initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance revenue assurance, customer experience, and grid

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in utilities, data engineering, analytics, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong exposure to utility operations and processes (billing, customer engagement, outage management).
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or similar modern data platforms.
• Experience in AI/ML and enterprise AI platforms, preferably AIP or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Years of Experience: 10.00 Years of Experience

Responsibilities

• Leverage deep understanding of the utility value chain to deliver improvements in revenue assurance, customer experience, and grid reliability.
• Design and implement ontology-driven data models in Foundry, including object types, link types, and action types.
• Develop and manage data pipelines leveraging Foundry's data layer with quality and reliability.
• Build and operationalize AI-powered solutions using AIP with function-backed objects and actions.
• Apply prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and tool integration for production-grade AI applications.
• Utilize Foundry applications to deliver end-to-end data and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate domain requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Drive best practices in data governance, lineage, and dataset health management.
