Job summary

BCG X is seeking a Principal Forward Deployed AI Engineer to deliver enterprise-grade AI/GenAI solutions, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams. You will design, implement, and deploy end-to-end AI systems, guiding non-technical stakeholders and shaping product strategy.

You will lead teams of AI scientists, engineers, and designers, driving business impact across industries while working from our Chicago office and client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and deploying AI/GenAI solutions at enterprise scale.
• Proven experience with LLMs and AI systems integration.
• Strong Python and full-stack development skills.
