BCG X is seeking forward-deployed AI engineers in Los Angeles to help build next-generation AI solutions. You will work within our engineering teams on framing new challenges, designing algorithms, and deploying scalable software with clients across regions and industries.

We’re looking for students graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 who are passionate about software development, large-scale data analytics, and transforming organizations with AI-led innovations.

Qualifications

• Open to students pursuing full-time Bachelor's, Master's or PhD with graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Programming language: Python.

Responsibilities

• Apply software development practices and standards to develop robust and maintainable software.
• Actively involved in every part of the software development life cycle.
• Guide non-technical teams and consultants in best practices for robust software development.
• Optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
• Motivated by a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and interacting directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
• Enjoy collaborating in teams to share software design and solution ideas.
