Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Principal (Forward Deployed AI Engineer) to lead the design and deployment of GenAI-driven AI software at enterprise scale. Work with clients across regions to solve climate, technology, and business challenges using advanced AI solutions.

You will guide teams of AI scientists, engineers and designers, contribute to thought leadership, and help set the strategic direction of BCG X while collaborating with senior partners to drive growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering or related experience; strong AI/GenAI deployment background.
• Experience withLarge Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise-scale AI systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to guide non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Frame new business challenges and design innovative AI software solutions.
• Lead and mentor teams, manage client engagements and expectations.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership in AI communities and conferences.
• Shape the strategy and direction of BCG X in collaboration with partners.
