Candidates with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field, and experience with PBPK/PBBM tools like GastroPlus, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• 0–2+ years of related experience is acceptable.
• Experience with complex formulations and poorly behaved compounds.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop prototype and complex formulations for various delivery routes.
• Characterize poorly behaved compounds and develop overcoming strategies.
• Contribute to risk assessments using physicochemical data and in vivo data.
• Design studies on solubility, stability, and in vitro performance.
• Apply analytical techniques to characterize compounds and formulations.
• Use PBPK/PBBM tools to predict performance.
