Job summary

Nike is seeking a Principal, Flow Mitigation & Preparedness to lead strategic risk management across the Global Supply Chain. You will identify vulnerabilities, assess impacts, and drive mitigation strategies with Operations, external logistics providers, and cross-functional partners to protect service and product flow.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks across Nike's global supply chain and translate insights into action.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment frameworks and playbooks.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to evaluate risks across transportation, logistics, planning and procurement.
• Leverage data and scenario analysis to quantify potential impacts and prioritize actions.
• Partner with third‑party risk intel providers to gather insights and translate into mitigation plans.
• Build alignment with diverse stakeholders to move from reactive to proactive risk management.
