Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Principal Process Architect to spearhead end-to-end process design and implementation across Core Finance, driving automation and real-time analytics.

You will lead transformation workstreams, align data and requirements, and guide organizational adoption within a large finance ecosystem. The role emphasizes cross-functional influence, strategic roadmapping, and deep domain expertise in financial systems and processes, with experience in ERP and SaaS landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting with deep domain expertise in financial systems, processes, and large-scale transformation projects.
• Subject matter expertise in core financials including Record-to-Report, Fixed Assets, Source-to-Pay, and direct & indirect tax.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine a transformation roadmap aligned with core finance priorities to ensure a cohesive enterprise-wide operational strategy.
• Drive cross-functional execution of a program from requirements through delivery, ensuring timely delivery and high quality within budget.
• Lead initiatives to streamline ambiguous and inefficient processes within the core finance function with automation.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders to design scalable financial solutions aligned with organizational growth.
• Structure and reconcile high-volume transaction data across systems, architect automated workflows.
• Act as trusted advisor to finance leadership, influencing prioritization and strategy without direct authority.
• Utilize advanced data analysis to guide executive decision-making and integrate stakeholder requirements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern finance technologies for transformation outcomes.
• Lead change management efforts with targeted communications and training for successful adoption.
