Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting roles with deep domain expertise in financial systems, processes, and large-scale transformation projects.
• Core financials knowledge including R2R, Fixed Assets, Source-to-Pay, and direct/indirect tax.
• Ability to connect end-to-end design with data models, AI/automation, and technology to cross-process dependencies.

• Define and refine a transformation roadmap aligned with core finance priorities.
• Drive cross-functional execution of a program from requirements through delivery.
