Job summary

Credence is seeking a Software and Hardware Test Support at the principal level to support AFLCMC/WAM programs. The role involves coordinating test resources, releasing test documentation, and ensuring airworthiness and safety for ground and flight tests across multiple USAF bases.

Qualified candidates will have a Top Secret clearance, extensive DoD test experience, and advanced degrees with decades in defense testing.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance verifiable in DISS.
Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field with 20+ years, at least 12 in DoW/DoD.
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 25+ years, at least 15 in DoW/DoD.
30+ years of directly related experience with proper DoD-certified qualifications, at least 20 years in DoW/DoD.
Minimum of three years of experience planning or conducting military flight test programs.
Expertise in planning, directing, and integrating all aspects of test and evaluation for aeronautical weapons systems.

Responsibilities

Assist with test documentation development and resource scheduling for weapon systems test infrastructure.
Coordinate required approvals through the program office and ACC for testing.
Prepare and interpret Air Force form 1067 requirements and temporary modifications for flight testing.
Provide technical support to coordinate test requirements between contractors, IPTs, and AF units.
