Qualifications

• Master's degree in business / construction management / technical / engineering or related area with 5+ years of practical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business / construction management / technical / engineering or related area with 7 years of practical experience (equivalent).
• Associate's degree with 11 years of practical experience (equivalent).
• HS diploma with 15 years of relevant experience (equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, operations, estimating, scheduling, project controls, proposal development, and/or project management.
• Five years of experience demonstrating knowledge of the subject matter area.
• Strong problem solving, analysis and interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Site Business systems; comprehensive knowledge of project management and cost and schedule control at the tactical level.

Responsibilities

• Review work for completeness as required by project specifications and scope definitions.
• Assist in estimating, scheduling, and cost/control activities as part of project teams.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members.

An Associate's degree and 11 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent. A HS diploma and 15 years of relevant experience would also be considered equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, operations, estimating, scheduling, project controls, proposal development, and/or project management.
• Five years of experience demonstrating knowledge of desired area of subject matter expertise.
• Reviews work for completeness as required by project specifications and scope definitions.
• Candidate must have strong problem solving, analysis and interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Possesses practical experience in the use of the Site Business systems.
• A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of project management and cost and schedule control at the tactical level would be necessary, along with a knowledge of operations, maintenance, or project startup and construction.

Preferred Skills:

• Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (L or Q) within the past two (2) years are preferred.
