You will collaborate with quantitative, algorithmic, and trading teams to align requirements, validate data solutions, and push the boundaries of real-time and historical market data processing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and stability.

Responsibilities

• Advises and leads strategy and development of multiple products and technologies.
• Creates novel code solutions and drives new production code capabilities.
• Architects and governs agentic AI-enabled workflows to improve delivery speed, code quality, and operational outcomes at scale, with security and reuse safeguards.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value.
• Enable leaders to make strategic technology decisions.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable KDB-based systems for real-time trading data.
• Collaborate with Algo and QR teams to capture requirements and migrations.
• Drive adoption of technical methods across teams in line with product development practices.
• Create durable, reusable software frameworks used across teams.
• Influence senior stakeholders across business, product, and tech teams.
• Champion the firm's culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
