Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Principal in Blue Bell, PA to lead environmental due diligence, EHS compliance and permitting projects within our growing environment practice. You will guide client engagements, manage multi-disciplinary teams, mentor staff, and develop strategic solutions across Phase I ESA assessments, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: a bachelor’s or master’s degree relevant to consulting (Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology or related).
• Experience: at least 13 years in consultancy, focusing on PM and client engagement in environmental due diligence, EHS compliance, and/or air quality.
• Technical Expertise: extensive knowledge of EHS regulations, multimedia permitting and compliance, Phase I ESA assessments.
• Leadership Skills: proven leadership and team management with strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Business Development: proven track record in building client relationships, proposals, and securing projects.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: act as the main liaison for clients, delivering customized solutions and outstanding service.
• Project Management: oversee projects from start to finish within budget and schedule, directing teams and resources.
• Team Leadership: mentor consultants, foster collaboration, and support staff development.
• Business Development: identify prospects, develop proposals, and present to clients to grow the base.
• Thought Leadership: stay current with trends and contribute to industry forums, articles, and presentations.
