Job summary

Ramboll in Blue Bell, PA is seeking an Air Quality Principal to provide technical and business leadership across commercial, manufacturing, government, energy, financial, insurance, and law sectors. You will guide project strategy and help grow the practice.

You will mentor staff, manage client and agency relationships, pursue BD opportunities, and oversee permit applications and regulatory analyses. The role requires 13+ years in air science and a relevant advanced degree.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Engineering or Environmental Sciences or related field.
• 13+ years of air science experience, consulting preferred.
• Ability to interpret environmental regulations and guide decisions.
• Proven business development and client-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
• Lead projects, manage clients and agency relations.
• Review and interpret environmental regulations and prepare determinations.
• Oversee federal/state permit materials and regulatory communications.
• Mentor staff and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Represent the firm in hearings and industry meetings.
