Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Principal in the Environment and Health practice to lead environmental due diligence, EHS permitting, and air quality work. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and shape project strategy across projects that advance sustainable outcomes.

You will mentor staff, drive business development, and contribute to thought leadership while collaborating with agencies and clients to deliver high-impact solutions in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: a degree relevant to consulting in environmental fields.
• Experience: 13+ years in consultancy, with project management and client engagement.
• Technical: knowledge of EHS regulations, Phase I ESA, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and develop customized solutions.
• Oversee projects from start to finish within budget and schedule.
• Mentor consultants and foster a high-performing team.
• Identify new business opportunities and proposals.
