As a Principal Engineer, you will play a crucial role in uncovering the truth behind construction-related issues, providing expert insights, and helping stakeholders navigate complex challenges in the built environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough investigations into construction projects to identify defects, deficiencies, or areas of concern.
  2. Prepare reports that clearly portray causes of failure, extent of loss, and recommended solutions.
  3. Provide expert opinions and analysis to support or refute claims.
  4. Act as an expert witness in legal proceedings, providing testimony based on your findings and analysis.
Qualifications:
  1. Professional Engineer license.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
  3. Strong analytical and field inspection skills.
  4. Deposition and expert testimony experience is beneficial.
