The role requires strong technical knowledge in precision, analog, power and RF domains, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management across large organizations. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a semiconductor business or customer-facing role.
• BSEE required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with instrumentation and ATE is preferred.
• Strong technical competence in precision, analog, power, RF circuits or systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for assigned product portfolios.
• Interface with customers to support design-ins and grow existing business.
• Lead roadmaps with ATE and development teams; align with long-term strategy.
• Articulate value propositions and drive business cases for new solutions.
• Develop go-to-market plans and collaborate with field teams to create opportunities.
