Qualifications

• 8+ years in segment or product marketing, product management, applications, systems engineering, or related technical-commercial roles in semiconductors, power electronics, or industrial systems.
• Strong knowledge of power management, conversion, system architectures, mixed-signal systems, or industrial electronics.
• Proven ability to translate market and customer insight into strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
• Strong customer communication, positioning, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Build market strategy for Healthcare and/or Instrumentation; define roadmaps and value propositions.
• Engage customers, OEMs, partners, and field teams to validate needs and influence architectures.
• Develop lighthouse use cases and repeatable value demonstrations to drive revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional activities to align product lines, applications, and sales initiatives.
