Job summary

IRALOGIX, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer in Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA. You will be a senior technical leader responsible for scaling our core platform that processes retirement transactions with precision and high availability.

You’ll own distributed architectures, drive throughput and observability, and guide multiple teams while writing code on the toughest problems. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot, SQL/PostgreSQL, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 8+ years in engineering distributed systems at scale.
• Experience with FinTech/startups preferred.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and operate core platform services for retirement transactions.
• Improve throughput, resiliency, and performance of distributed systems.
• Build observability: dashboards, monitoring, and alerts for accurate processing.
