Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B SaaS product teams within fintech or financial services.
• Strong track record of shipping measurable product outcomes and roadmaps.
• Deep regulatory/compliance awareness in DOL, IRS, SEC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into executable strategy and roadmaps with milestones.
• Own quarterly/annual roadmap planning, capacity, and cross-team dependencies.
• Define OKRs and track product performance, adoption, and business impact.
• Balance partner requests, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements in prioritization.
• Lead market analysis and white-space opportunity identification to define long-term direction.
• Drive governance of product management processes and best practices across teams.
• Mentor PMs and ensure rigorous requirements, backlog, and release planning.
