Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 8+ years in engineering distributed systems at scale.
• FinTech or startup experience preferred.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, build, and operate core platform services processing retirement transactions at scale.
• Drive throughput, resiliency, and performance improvements across the stack.
• Build observability: dashboards, monitoring, and alerting for precise processing.
• Arbitrate architectural decisions with architecture teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality code following SDLC, standards, and automated gates.
