Teradata is seeking a Principal Engineer for Domain Knowledge to define and build enterprise-scale data discovery, inventory, and metadata management capabilities across Finance, Healthcare, and other verticals. You will own architecture and evolution of systems enabling discovery, understanding and governance of data assets for analysts, data scientists, and AI agents.

• Extensive experience building large-scale data platforms and metadata systems.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise data catalogs or data discovery platforms.
• Strong background in distributed systems and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build enterprise-wide data catalog and metadata platforms.
• Ingest metadata from databases, data lakes, warehouses, streaming platforms, APIs, BI tools, AI platforms, and SaaS applications.
• Lead architecture reviews and set engineering standards for metadata ecosystems.
• Drive governance, lineage, and data quality across the organization.
